This is a song about a guy going for an operation, He is terrified about being put to sleep in fear of never waking up and his partner shares the same fear. She doesn't want him to go somewhere she can't follow which was heavily influenced by a line in The Lord of The Rings 2nd film where Shelob injects Frodo.
I wrote the song when I was going for a hernia op :)
